Alfa Collision Center

We've had two vehicles repaired at Alfa Collision and this is the only shop I'll trust with our cars going forward. Louis is outstanding! He's professional, communicative, and genuinely honest about what needs to be done and why. No upselling, no surprises, just straight answers and fair dealing every step of the way. Both repairs came back looking absolutely flawless. The quality of their bodywork is exceptional and it's clear the team takes real pride in what they do. Highly recommend to anyone in the Roswell area who wants top-notch work done right.

Repaired my 2024 Mazda MX-5 RF Club to great condition and handled everything with the at-fault’s insurance company regarding the subrogate charges when low-balled on the estimates. Thank you for the help previously!

This is my second time coming here. The passenger-side front fender had to be replaced, and they also repainted it along with the bumper to fix some scratches. Overall, they did a really solid job. The finish looks clean and everything blends well. Pricing was reasonable and cheaper than others in the area, which I appreciated. The only downside was communication I was told it might be ready earlier, and when I called, they said today or the next day, but no one actually reached out. I had to call myself to find out it was ready for pickup. Because of that, I’d give them 4 stars.

I was referred by a coworker to go to one of the mechanic shops next door, and I needed to get some extreme damages fixed, so they referred me to Alfa Collision Center. And how glad & blessed to have done so! Loved every detail about this company-especially their AMAZING staff & customer service! Louis helped me from start to finish. I took my car to him when they were almost closed and he took the time to look at it and give me an estimate. Never had this type of 5-star experience before! He told me all the details that it would take to fix this and gave me different options on how I could proceed in my car situation. Another thing I loved was the reasonable prices and the time it took to fix my car! I was truly surprised how quick and detailed they are to attend and fix the damages to my car! My car came out like a brand new vehicle-sounding and feeling amazing & smooth! I will definitely keep Alfa Collision Center as my forever go-to for this and refer all my friends, family, and everyone that needs any car needs! Thank you Alfa Collision Center! 🙏

Excellent craftsmanship and business ethics. I had my car initially repaired at this store 7 years ago. But then the paint on front bumper started to fall off in the past couple years. I contacted the store and even though the owner changed they honored their lifetime warranty and repaired it at no cost!!! They also repaired a dint on the back side for a very good price. The quality of work is excellent. I’m vert thankful.
